For individuals this affects happiness, wellbeing and ability to perform, for teams and leaders it means more sick days, less engagement and lower retention rates.
That’s why we’ve launched a consulting and coaching offering, based on decades of evidence-based research that we’ve compiled into a set of workshops and tools designed to help individuals and teams dramatically increase their productivity and wellness at work.
We’re focused on digital/knowledge workers, with a particular expertise in freelancers and remote or distributed teams. Our work is grounded in research as well as road-tested experience running a large team of remote and digital workers.
Through a cognitive psychology and behavioral neuroscience lens, we help individuals and teams understand how focus, attention, creativity and mindset can be optimized to create more capacity, wellness and longterm engagement. While our work has a strong scientific foundation, our approach is focused on results and practical application, understanding the realities of running and working within fast-paced businesses.
- Keynotes and Speaking Engagements — Our CEO, Steve Rio, is available for public and private keynote speaking engagements that provide an accessible and engaging overview of the science and practices around optimal performance and wellness at work. Talks range from 30 to 90 minutes and can be designed to be as direct speaking or interactive as desired.
- Team Workshops — Interactive workshops ranging from 3-6 hours that delve deeper into the practices of optimal performance and wellness at work. Through a series of group and individual exercises, our facilitators will help teams design better work habits, practices and build new agreements around communications and expectations to optimize for performance and wellness at work.
- Team Dynamics & Technology Consulting — For leaders and teams who want to ensure lasting results, we offer ongoing consulting with teams and organizations to help identify ways to increase performance, capacity and wellness at work. This can include technology implementation and training, team dynamics, individual coaching and leadership training.
- Content Licensing — For larger organizations looking to integrate performance and wellness into their existing training offerings, we offer content design and licensing.
