We’re lucky enough to do some amazing work with inspiring organizations. But that work is only made possible by our incredible team members – not to mention the moral support from our furry friends.

When we're in it together, we're at our best.

Briteweb is Living Wage Certified, B Corp certified, and committed to working with organizations who are striving to make measurable impact in the world.

Behind the scenes, it’s our people who make us who we are. Together, we volunteer, share photos of our dogs (and lizards!), send custom Slack emojis, karaoke to Taylor Swift, enjoy office happy hours, celebrate the wins, take big swings, and lean on each other when it’s crunch time.

We strive to live our values every day by uplifting one another and allowing our team to show up as their most authentic selves.

We lead with our hearts, trust each another, and put in the work to create a positive and supportive environment for our team, clients and community – and we think it makes all the difference in our work.

Minimum 3 weeks vacation
Approximately 2 weeks paid time off during December office closures

10 Wellness days (a combination of flex and sick days)
Annual $1500 Education and Wellness Allowance after 3 months (can be used for a bike, yoga classes, prescription sunglasses, conferences, books etc)

Comprehensive Benefits Package with an additional $1,500 in Paramedicals (RMT, Nutritionist, Chiro, etc)
At-home office set up and a welcome package including a monitor, MacBook, keyboard, mouse, etc
Flexible ‘work from anywhere’ remote-first working hours and collaborative work environment

Access to Vancouver and Toronto office spaces. Office dogs are allowed and encouraged!
